Northeastern Vermont Regional Hospital  Northeastern Vermont Regional Hospital is located in Vermont’s historic Northeast Kingdom. We are a community-based, not for profit, acute care facility licensed for 75 beds, accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO). We are also the only Vermont hospital, and one of only 19 hospitals in the nation, designated as a Baby FriendlyTM hospital by the United Nations. We provide primary care, internal medicine, surgical and specialty services, inpatient and outpatient care and 24 hour emergency services. Our staff is a collaborative group of highly trained medical professionals whose common goal is to provide excellent, comprehensive health care to the communities we serve. In addition, NVRH provides many diverse wellness educational programs, support groups and community outreach services. We are committed to the philosophy that comprehensive community health resources are an important part of our mission to provide accessible and affordable quality health care to all.
